Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you
need to cancel your appointment and inform me at least twenty four hours in advance, your advanced payment can either be used to
re-book another appointment, or can be refunded in
full.
If less than 24 hours
notice is given unfortunately the payment would
not be refunded.
If you are less than 15 minutes late for a
session I will do my best to accommodate you where possible, as long as it does not encroach upon the time of any other client who is booked in
for an appointment after you.
If you are late and it is not
possible to extend the appointment past the originally booked time slot, a refund would not be offered.
